West Landscape place remodel is a whole home remodel with an addition to create a large living room as well as an expansive covered deck. An indoor-outdoor space is created for the main level with a custom corner unit, bi-folding door that opens the living room space out to the deck and phantom screens to keep out the bugs. Throughout the whole main level living space, stair and deck case a marble looking tile was used for flooring and base. In the foyer of the home there is a custom tile and granite inlay as well as a custom glass and metal handrail for the stairs. The master suite was completely remodeled, opening the master suite up to an adjacent sun room. New vanities, tile shower, water closet and master closet shelving were also redone in the master suite. In the lower level walls were removed to create a large, open floor plan for entertaining.
